WBÖ – Online Dictionary

All articles in the Dictionary of historical Bavarian dialects in Austria and South Tyrol (WBÖ) are published on the information and research platform Lexical Information System Austria (LIÖ). At present (July 2024), these articles represent the letter sections A-C, F, G, K, P, R, U, V. The articles available via LIÖ include both the formerly printed, currently retro-digitized articles and the successively newly written articles in genuine digital format. The lexicographical work is scheduled to be completed at the end of the WBÖ project cluster in 2037. All dictionary articles are also available for download on LIÖ in XML/TEI format.
