Werteorientierung, Interkulturalität, Steueroptimierung, etc. - um nur einige wenige Aspekte zu nennen - stellen zentrale Herausforderungen für die Unternehmenswelt dar, die im Rahmen der Unternehmensführung einer qualitätsvollen Aseinandersetzung bedürfen. Mit dem Titel "Unternehmensführung, State of the art und Entwicklungsperspektiven" werden diese Entwicklungen aufgegriffen und in einer Festschrift für Richard Hammer sowohl aus praktischer als auch wissenschaftlicher Sicht aufgearbeitet. Dabei sind die Hintergründe sowie Handlungs- und Wirkungsbeziehungen und zeitaktuellen Instrumentarien der Unternehmensführung zu beleuchten sowie Handlungs- und Gestaltungsempfehlungen abzuleiten. Unternehmensführung umfasst hierbei sowohl eine personal-interaktive, eine strategisch-systemische als auch eine interdisziplinäre Dimension, deren Zusammenführung und integrative Berücksichtigung für den unternehmerischen Erfolg unerlässlich ist.
