Qatabân, has offered and dedicated to ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh and [his] priests2.together with any magistrate acting in his capacity as a magistrate and administering the tribe of Kaḥid. And may [this document be written and enable administration]3.[as a directive which ʿAmm] Dhû-Labakh has made binding on one man per two years, from (the time) when he is appointed [until (the time) when he completes the]4.[two years and hands his fellow over to this] office, to the one who shall appoint him.
