And may this document be written and enable administration]3.as a directive which ʿAmm Dhû-Laba[kh has made binding on one man per two years, from (the time) when he is appointed until (the time) when he completes the]4.two years and hands his fellow over to [this] office, [to the one who shall appoint him. And may he take ownership of and possess whatever this document commands,]5.together with any magistrate who administers Kaḥid, (from) the tit[he on all of the profits and revenues and acquisitions and inheritances, and all income which]6.the magistrate of Kaḥid of Datînat might accrue.
