Text preserved in this squeeze:......................................Restored full text of the inscription:1.[Shahr Ghaylân bin ʾAbîshibâm, King of Qatabân, has offered and dedicated to ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh and his priests a document (with which) to ad- ]2. [ minister the tribe of Kaḥid Dhû-Datînat, together with any magistrate acting in his capacity as a magistrate and administering the tribe of Kaḥid. And may this document be written and enable administration]3.[as a directive which ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh has made binding on one man per two years, from (the time) when he is appointed until (the time) when he completes the ]4. [ two years and hands his fellow over to this office, to the one who shall appoint him. And may he take ownership of and possess whatever this document commands, ]5. [ together with any magistrate who administers Kaḥid, (from) the tithe on all of the profits and revenues and acquisitions and inheritances, and all income which]6.[the magistrate of Kaḥid of Datînat might accrue. And may this directive from Shahr be written and take administrative effect in the month of Dhû-Timnaʿ in the year of Mawhabum Dhû-Dha- ]7. [ raḥân the Latter, (remaining effective) thenceforth, and may this document be a dedication to ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh and his priests for all time. ]8. [ And therefore, let every priest who serves as priest for ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh write and carry out and administer and adhere to this document. And Shahr announced ]9. [ for the priests of ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh a directive of Labakh on the authority of ʿAmm Dhû-Dawânim and ʾAnbay the patron god and Shamas and the protector of]10.[Shahr, with their goodwill, according to this document and its inscriptions. And Shahr directed the priests of ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh to engrave ]11. [ and inscribe these inscriptions in the temple of Warafû and ʿAmm Dhû-Labakh in Dhû-Ghaylim, and in the temple of ʿAmm in the valley of Labakh.]12.[(This in) the first month of Dhû-Barîm in the first year of Mawhabum Dhû-Dharaḥân.
