Description
Summary:This book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to César Vallejo University, whose purpose was to determine the relationship between administrative management and job satisfaction in university professors of a faculty of education. The research followed a quantitative approach within a positivist paradigm, the hypothetical deductive method was used, a descriptive-correlational level study with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 110 teachers from the Faculty of Education. The survey technique was used and its instrument the questionnaire for administrative management and job satisfaction, with Likert Scale type questions. A significant and direct relationship was found between administrative management and teacher job satisfaction at the Faculty of Education of the Federico Villarreal National University; since the level of significance calculated is p < .05 and Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient has a value of .731. This means that the better administrative management, the better the job satisfaction of teachers.
