Daneben werden die Abstimmung mit anderen betrieblichen Funktionen und die unternehmensübergreifende Koordination thematisiert. Entsprechend findet auch eine Abgrenzung gegenüber dem Konzept des Supply Chain Managements statt. Die strategische, taktische und operative Logistikplanung bilden das Rückgrat des Logistikmanagements und werden deshalb intensiv beleuchtet. Das Kapitel zur Logistikführung stellt persönliche Weisungen und Handlungen der Selbstabstimmung in den Mittelpunkt. Im Rahmen der Logistikorganisation werden Aspekte der aufbauorganisatorischen Strukturierung sowie der Prozessgestaltung aufgezeigt und an Beispielen erläutert. Neben der Überwachung von Güterflüssen und Beständen behandelt die Logistikkontrolle Kosten und Erlöse sowie Logistkleistungen aus quantitativer und qualitativer Sicht. | ||
