| 520 | |a Die vorliegende Ausgabe von Unser vrouwen klage und des Spiegel hat das Ziel, diese beiden um 1250 entstandenen Redaktionen einer in Versen verfassten Marienklage neu zugänglich zu machen. Auf einer im Vergleich zur ersten Ausgabe aus dem Jahre 1878 erweiterten Basis der Handschriften werden beide Texte mit einem kritischen Apparat und erstmals in synoptischer Anordnung publiziert. Eine Einleitung informiert über die umfangreiche handschriftliche Überlieferung dieses frömmigkeitsgeschichtlich wichtigen Textes wie auch über seine lateinische Quelle, den sog. Bernhardstraktat, der die Vorlage für diese wie auch für andere volkssprachliche Übersetzungen im europäischen Mittelalter darstellte. Der Abdruck einer der deutschen Bearbeitung nahestehenden Version des Bernhardstraktates vervollständigt die Ausgabe, die damit weitere Auseinandersetzung mit Gestalt und Wirkung des Genre der Marienklagen ermöglicht. | ||
