Otto Kahn-Freund war einer der bedeutendsten Arbeitsrechtler des 20. Jahrhunderts. Der Schüler Hugo Sinzheimers war Vorsitzender Richter am Berliner Arbeitsgericht, ehe ihn die Nationalsozialisten zur Emigration zwangen. In Oxford wurde er Lehrstuhlinhaber für Comparative Law und Mitglied der International Law Society. Im Vordergrund der vorliegenden Arbeit steht sein arbeitsrechtlicher Einfluss bis 1933, welcher bis in die Gegenwart wirkt.

Otto Kahn-Freund was one of the most influential labor attorneys of the 20th century. Kahn-Freund became Presiding Judge at the Berlin Labor Court until he was compelled to emigrate by the National Socialists. In Oxford, he was Professor of Comparative Law at the London School of Economics and a member of the International Law Society. This study focuses on his influence on labor law up to 1933, which still has an impact today.
