• Notes: In the current state of this squeeze, the text of the inscription is for all intents and purposes illegible. The text which it once preserved can, however, be restored on the basis of squeezes that survive in better condition.

1.[Now it is not the responsibility of, nor incumbent upon, … … … and … … and … … of the lineage of Maʿâ - [hirum] … … the inhabitants of the two towns of Qarnâ and Shaʿbum. And it is not the responsibility of, nor incumbent upon, any of their households, nor]2.[their land, nor their palm groves, nor their properties, nor their (male) servants, nor their maidservants, nor anything which the lineage of Maʿâhirum possess or shall (in the future) possess, … …, nor their children. And it is not the responsibility of, nor incumbent upon, any of their agnates, nor their tribe of Maʿînum, (what derives) from any of the documents and pur- ]3.
