• Notes: Part of the top of the inscription seems to have gone missing by the time it was discovered--hence the missings names of the dedicants. Several traces of tape on this squeeze can be noted.

1.[... ... the vassal of Barān Yuharḥib of Hamdān and Tha-]2.[wbān ʾAshwa]ʿ and [Hathib and Sa]ʿa[d]shamsum and [their son]3.Haʿān Waḥiyyān, of the lineage of Ḥaḍirān, have dedicated to4.their [pa]tron god Taʾlab Riyāmum, Lord of Gudadān, of the to[w]n 5.of Taʾlaqum, this bull (statuette), in gratitude because he de-6.livered his two servants Thawbā[n] and Saʿadshamsum from the predica-7.[ment which] they endured in the territory of the town of Taʾlaqum, as well as in that (other) pre-8.[dica]ment, for he had dispatched Thawbān and Saʿadshamsum when 9.three armed forces [rose] up against them in the plain [in]10.[Sa]mānum and in Khashbān, and in the territory of their household. And 11.Taʾlab granted them deliverance from all of those armed forces.12.And they rendered thanks to the power and might of Taʾlab. And13.(they did so) with gratitude because he saved them from all the wars 14.in which they served their lord Barāg Yuharḥib of the lineage of15.Hamdān.
