| Notes: | Although Höfner (1944: 41) [bib:N4ZHS9UW] gives "Ṣirwāḥ?" as the provenance of the inscription from which this squeeze is taken, the inscription is in fact from Jabal Balaq al-Janūbī (ancient name unknown), located in the Mārib governorate. This squeeze preserves lines 4-8 of the inscription. The remainder of the text can be restored on the basis of the facsimile published by Jamme (1976: 54-55, pl. 13/U) [bib:6WVFR9XF]. |
