Maria Kadiri studied musicology and is currently studying law (additional diploma in cultural law) at the University of Vienna.

Her professional experience includes working for the Vienna State Opera (Legal Department & Department for International Cooperation), the University of Vienna (Department of Legal Philosophy, Division for Cultural Law) and various Vienna law firms (practice groups IP & IT law) as well as music management.

Since 2020 she has been employed at the Phonogrammarchiv.

Responsible for data protection at the Phonogrammarchiv of the ÖAW. Certification as data protection officer according to Austrian Standards, certification as Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
