In 2021 she completed her doctorate at the Institute of Cultural Policy at Universität Hildesheim. Her research areas include critical diversity discourses in cultural policy and the pluralisation of the German performing arts scene. She teaches on diversity-led perspectives and intercultural approaches in cultural policy, performing arts, and cultural education. | |
