Göttinger Workshops zum Familienrecht, der die anstehenden Änderungendes staatlichen Kindesschutzes vor dem Hintergrund des Gesetzentwurfs der Bundesregierung zur "Erleichterung familiengerichtlicher Maßnahmen bei Gefährdung des Kindeswohls" thematisierte.Neben einer Betrachtung staatlichen Kindesschutzes aus verfassungsrechtlicherPerspektive(Matthias Jestaedt), einem Beitrag über Inhalt und Funktion des Begriffs der Kindeswohlgefährdung (Michael Coester) sowie einer Darstellung der Jugendhilfe in ihrer Entwicklung zwischen Hilfe und Kontrolle (Helga Oberloskamp), finden sich in diesem Band Beiträge zu zwei zentralen Regelungskomplexen der anstehenden Reform, namentlich zur Reichweite der familiengerichtlichen Anordnungskompetenz im Verhältnis zum Jugendamt (Barbara Fellenberg, Thomas Meysen) sowie zu dem vom Gesetzgeber geplanten sog.
