Aus der Analyse der Repräsentation und Herrschaftspraxis wird eine zentrale Legitimations-Strategie Felix’ V. deutlich: Es fand eine vielschichtige Verschmelzung der päpstlichen Repräsentation mit derjenigen des savoyischen Herzoghauses statt. Auf diese Weise entstand als Hybrid eigener Art ein herzoglicher Papst und vice versa ein päpstlicher Herzog. | ||
