This book presents a theoretical and methodological proposal that provides pedagogical and didactic elements for the training of undergraduate law students, from a Gender Equity Approach for Women (EEGM). The research from which it derives reveals the stereotypes associated with the issue of alimony obligations present in students and professors, and highlights the importance of intercultural, intersectional and differentiated practices in the attention to the users of alimony claims that are processed in the Guillermo Peña Alzate Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Antioquia, Medellin, with the purpose that the student, in his stage of academic practices, can use different theoretical, conventional, jurisprudential and normative instruments, framed in the cultural studies of law.

En este libro se presenta una propuesta teórica y metodológica que aporta elementos pedagógicos y didácticos para la formación de estudiantes del pregrado de Derecho, desde un Enfoque de Equidad de Género para las Mujeres (EEGM). La investigación de la cual se deriva devela los estereotipos asociados al tema de las obligaciones alimentarias presentes en estudiantes y profesores, y resalta la importancia de prácticas interculturales, interseccionales y diferenciadas en la atención a los y las usuarias de demandas por alimentos que se tramitan en el Consultorio Jurídico Guillermo Peña Alzate de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Antioquia, sede Medellín, con la finalidad de que el estudiante, en su etapa de prácticas académicas, pueda utilizar diferentes instrumentos teóricos, convencionales, jurisprudenciales y normativos, enmarcados en los estudios culturales del derecho.
