Her recent works focus on transformation processes in contemporary society. She has published many books on systemic transformation in Poland. Anna Giza-Poleszczuk is a sociologist, professor at the University of Warsaw. She has accompanied Polish transformation both as a scientist and practitioner. As a researcher, she was involved in many local and international projects, resulting in a few important books and publications.
