Description
Summary:The volume examines the methods with which digital disruptions and transformations in law and jurisprudence are processed and how central categories of law can be adjusted to them. The consequences of the change of media for law and jurisprudence are worked out, the methodological potential and the limits of analogies to analogies are examined and moments of further development or upheaval are identified in copyright law. For the basic legal categories of responsibility and justification, it is shown how they can be adjusted to artificial intelligence. A comprehensive recording of the challenges and their classification in innovation research form the framework. With contributions from Wolfgang Hoffmann-Riem, Linda Kuschel, Timo Rademacher, Ingo Schulz-Schaeffer, Thomas Vesting, Thomas Wischmeyer and Herbert Zech.
