Lastly, future developments within the scope of international cultural property protection are considered. | ||

Die Analyse der Rechtslage zum Kulturgüterschutz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland - insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Umsetzung der Unesco-Konvention von 1970 - schließt sich an, wobei sich zeigt, dass diese noch eine Reihe von schwerwiegenden Mängeln aufweist.
