520 |a Der Titel des Bandes »Heidi« orientiert sich an einer Studie der Harvard Business School zu Klischees und Stereotypisierungen. Die Autor_innen nehmen die Studie aus und in den unterschiedlichen Kontexten Wissenschaft, Kunst und Institutionen entlang der sechs sogenannten Kerndimensionen von Diversität (Alter, Menschen mit Behinderung, Geschlecht, Sexuelle Orientierung, Ethnie, Religion) kritisch in den Blick. Ziel ist es, den interdisziplinären Austausch zu Diversität zu befördern sowie unterschiedliche inhaltliche und methodische Zugänge zugunsten des Gemeinsamen aufzuzeigen: Die umfassende Anerkennung von Differenzen für die Umsetzung von Gleichberechtigung und sozialer Gerechtigkeit.
