Welche Bedeutung hat die wahrgenommene »ethnische Zugehörigkeit« von Klient_innen und Patient_innen auf deren Behandlung in öffentlichen Institutionen? Am Beispiel eines schweizerischen Sozialamts untersucht Constantin Wagner, wie ethnisierende Kategorisierungen im Organisations- und Akteurshandeln praxisrelevant werden und rassismusreproduzierend wirken. Das Weißsein - also die eigene »ethnische Zugehörigkeit« - der fallführenden Sozialarbeiter_innen rückt dabei in den Fokus. Zudem wird die Frage von »Diversität« im Öffentlichen Dienst aus einer im Mainstream nicht vorhandenen macht- und rassismuskritischen Perspektive betrachtet. |
