Davon ausgehend wird das Anliegen verfolgt, ausgewählte Trends der Automobilindustrie am Beispiel der Volkswagen AG darzustellen. Dabei finden Marktveränderungen wie zum Beispiel die demografische Entwicklung und der Wertewandel, die flexible Fabrik aus Sicht der Steuer- und Fördertechnik und die moderne Fertigung in der Leichtmetall-Gießerei besondere Beachtung. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt sind Informationstechnologien, Informationssysteme und Fahrerassistenzsysteme, die als soziotechnische Systeme betrachtet werden. Ferner werden neue Aufgaben und Handlungsfelder der Betriebsratsarbeit vorgestellt. | ||
