520 | |a The contributions in this volume were written within the scope of the research carried out on the topic of art and criminal law headed by Uwe Scheffler. They illustrate the conflicts that arise between music as a sound-based artform and criminal law when the music either violates the law or is subject to such violations. The perspectives in these contributions show that music and criminal law is a broad topic!
