Deutsche und chinesische Unternehmen werden in der kommenden Zeit noch intensiver kooperieren müssen, denn eine stabile Zusammenarbeit wird nötig sein, um in der neuen Weltordnung nicht abgehängt zu werden. Trotz beiderseitigen Investitionsinteresses kommen zahlreiche erfolgsversprechende Transaktionen jedoch nicht zum Abschluss. Die vielfältigen Ursachen für die schwierigen Investorenbeziehungen liegen in den verschiedenen Rechtssystemen, einem anderen Wirtschaftsverständnis, in deutlichen Kulturunterschieden sowie in stetig wachsenden politischen Einfl ussnahmen. Die deutsche Bundesregierung verstärkte die Investitionsprüfungen und macht somit chinesische M&A-Transaktionen in Deutschland zunehmend komplexer. Aber auch die chinesischen Unternehmen unterliegen immer stärkeren Restriktionen. Der vorliegende Sammelband bietet eine ausführliche Betrachtung dieser Rahmenbedingungen und steuert so zu einem besseren Verständnis bei. Die enthaltenen Informationen bieten eine starke Entscheidungsgrundlage für mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU).
