Die Kapitel zum Urheberrecht, Datenschutzrecht und Vergaberecht wurden neu gefasst. Nichtjuristen können sich aktuell und verständlich mit Beispielsfällen und Schaubildern informieren und Lösungsansätze entwickeln.
This second, completely revised edition engages with current case law (with an emphasis on German law) to answer legal questions faced by librarians and all information institution employees in their day-to-day work. New chapters on provenance research and data protection have been added. Case studies and graphics are included to help non-lawyers develop problem-solving approaches, as well as provide up-to-date and understandable information.
