Das Deutsche Literatur-Lexikon. Das 20. Jahrhundert verzeichnet Autorinnen und Autoren, die in deutscher Sprache schreiben und deren maßgebliches Wirken im 20. Jahrhundert liegt. Band 14 enthält u. a. Artikel über Käte Hamburger, Peter Handke, Maximilian Harden und Ludwig Harig. Gemäß der Ausrichtung des Lexikons sind auch bekannte Vertreter ihres jeweiligen Fachgebietes verzeichnet, z.B. der Historiker Ludo Moritz Hartmann, der Philosoph Nicolai Hartmann, der Theologe und Kirchenhistoriker Adolf Harnack sowie der Bergsteiger und Forschungsreisende Heinrich Harrer.

The Dictionary of German Literature. The 20th Century contains authors writing in German whose main work was created in the 20th century. Volume 14 includes articles on Käte Hamburger, Peter Handke, Maximilian Harden and Ludwig Harig. In line with the Dictionary's orientation, there are also entries on numerous well-known representatives of their disciplines, e.g. the historian Ludo Moritz Hartmann, the philosopher Nicolai Hartmann, the theologian and church historian Adolf Harnack, the alpinist and explorer Heinrich Harrer.
