The book covers all aspects of the law from pre-trial to sentencing procedures, illustrated by cases, articles, notes, and diagrams.Specific examples are set out, including many of the relevant documents from the well-known Truscott case. Although it is primarily designed for use in law schools, all members of the Canadian legal profession will find this volume a valuable source of reference.
