And10.whoever travels to the Qatabânians with merchandise and11.goods and possessions, he shall have a shop and12.goods, and he shall sell his wares in Shammar with13.any of the tribes. And when he establishes a shop,14.and then sells or15.enters into a partnership with anyone possessing a stall and merchandise16.without (the permission of) the overseer of Shammar, then17.the overseer of Shammar is to take action. (It is also decreed) that the18.Qatabânians shall grant hospitality to any tribes that19.sell in Tamnaʿ and set up a shop for its (i.e. Tamnaʿ's) merchandise in20.Shammar.
