| Notes: | This squeeze preserves the final portion of text on the left-hand side of the inscription for lines 2 to 8. The remainder of the text can be reconstructed on the basis of the other squeezes taken from the inscription. As on the right-hand side of the inscription, the monogram Ḏ-Ḫ-L-L appears here, on the left-hand side. This combination of letters spells out Dhū-Khalīl, the name of the Sabaean royal lineage during the first half of the first millennium BCE. Traces of scotch-tape can be seen on this squeeze. |
