IV. The Moral State of the Empire, compar'd with that of other Countries; such as regards the Dispositions and Manners of the Germans; their Customs, Diversions, Virtues, Vices, Diseases, &c. In which is given the Character, Family, Court, Ministers, Interest and Alliances of every particular Prince; his Dominions, Forces, Revenues, Pretensions, Arms, Titles, Religion and Universities; with a List of the most Eminent Writers of each Country. The whole brought down to the present year 1738, and interspersed with political remarks, &c.
