(December 14, 1832 – March 14, 1902) was a
Confederate States Army
brigadier general
during the
American Civil War
. He was born at
Centerburg, Ohio
, but moved to
Iowa
,
Tennessee
, and finally to
Arkansas
before the Civil War. He was a lawyer in Arkansas before the war. After the war, Reynolds resumed his practice of law and was a member of the
Arkansas Senate
for one term.
