Rachel Glennerster

Rachel Glennerster in 2019 Rachel Glennerster (born 21 October 1965) is a British economist. She is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago, and served as chief economist for the Department for International Development (DFID) and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) between 2018 and 2021.
