Reşit Rahmeti Arat Reşit Rahmeti Arat (Tatar: Рәшит Рәхмәти Арат, ''Rəşit Rəxməti Arat'' – né Ğabderrəşit Rəxmətullin; May 15, 1900 - November 29, 1964) was a Turkish philologist, professor, writer and publisher of Tatar descent.
