Research interests
I am broadly interested in the transcriptional regulation of transposable elements. One of my goal is to better understand the role of local chromatin marks, how they are targeted to specific genomic compartment and how they influence transcription. On the other hand, I am also trying to identify mechanisms that help transposable element transcription
