In 2023, the Young Academy of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (OeAW) celebrated its 15th anniversary. We have taken this special anniversary as an opportunity to enhance our communication with our former members and to establish an alumni association.

After your membership within the Young Academy, you will have the opportunity to remain informed about OeAW initiatives and projects, and to become involved in them. We invite all former members of the Young Academy to join our growing network. You are encouraged to engage in discourse with us and other former members about the challenges faced by researchers from a variety of disciplines, at different career stages, and in diverse research contexts.
