This issue focuses on connectivity, with articles discussing transcultural and diplomatic contacts as well as intellectual and literary exchanges. A number of project reports illustrate the interest in and wide range of approaches to knowledge transfer and cultural contacts in current research. Our summer volume 9.2019 will, among others, present articles on the subject of The Social Impact of Religious Institutions; submissions are welcome.
