  • 2003 - 2006: Postdoctoral Researcher, HEPHY
  • 2001 - 2003: JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow, High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK), Japan

Education

Research interests

The focus of my work are the Belle and Belle II experiments at the Japanese research lab KEK. In Belle I am leading the physics group for semileptonic and leptonic B meson decays, which deals with the determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements |Vcb| and |Vub| but also with (semi-) tauonic decays. In Belle II I am leading the collaboration for the design and construction of the silicon strip detector of the experiment.
