After acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Genetics she studied Classical Archaeology at University of Vienna, where she did her Master's Thesis on a Roman Pottery assemblage from Bregenz.
She is the assistant of the ERC-funded PresentDead project, where she is responsible for the project's administration. The project is part of the research unit DH Research&Infrastructure.
