LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis of processing your data is your registration for, your participation in and the performance of the event (e.g. scientific lecture, conference, workshop), the compliance with legal obligations or a legitimate interest of ÖAW (Art 6 (1) b, c, f GDPR).
Your data will be processed for the administration of the event, to provide you with information about (e.g. changes, deadlines, location) and documents of (e.g. Proceedings) the event as well as for the documentation of the event.

With my registration I acknowledge that photographs and videos will be taken during the event and that my image, voice or both may be recorded in this context. I consent that the ACDH-CH/OEAW may edit and publish these videos and photographs online and in print under a Creative Commons license. Should you wish to revoke your consent, please do so by sending a message to acdh-ch-office@oeaw.ac.at.

Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten zum Zweck der Abwicklung der Veranstaltung, um Ihnen Informationen (z.B. Änderungen) und Dokumente (z.B. Berichte, Protokolle) zur Veranstaltung zur Verfügung zu stellen sowie für Dokumentationszwecke.
