… is the PI of the current FWF-project RAHiG (P32415-G), her second FWF-project after the Elise-Richter scholarship DiaNIG (FWF V-347, 2014-2019), both located at the research unit Linguistics at ACDH-CH.
Martina Werner holds a PhD in German linguistics from the university of Munich (2009) and finished her habilitation with a venia docendi in German linguistics in 2019 at the university of Vienna. Before joining our institute, she worked as a postdoc in Vienna, Stuttgart, and Munich with guest professorships in Vienna and Munich. Her research foci cover several linguistic areas ranging from morphology, linguistic theory, grammar, and corpus linguistics over language history, variation and history of linguistics to linguistic interfaces such as applied and media linguistics. She currently holds a guest professorship in linguistics at the department of German philology at the university of Würzburg.
