Food as Cultural Heritage
The workshop, which is connected to the DARIAH grant 2016 “Public Humanities” and supported by the project exploreAT!, is a lead user, invitation-only come-together by a global group of multidisciplinary innovation driven actors, aiming to detect challenges and solutions towards better understanding of food as tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
Applying Design Thinking approaches, the actors aim to contribute to the formation of a knowledge-for-development partnership and pursue to the sustainable development goals.
