... started working in 2002 at one of the predecessor institutions of the ACDH-CH alongside his studies of Data Science at the Vienna Istitute of Technology. Over the years, he developed numerous tools and scripts, most of which tried to make working with big amounts of files easier. He loves to solve tricky problems within the XML, XSLT, and XPath sphere but is also interested in all types of data bases and queries.
He is part of the research unit Literary&Textual Studies. His main task now is the development of Webapps and APIs used mostly for the research units' online editions.
