James A. Frost

Frost in 1956 James Arthur Frost was a historian who received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University. He was the Dean at the University of New York College-Oneonta and wrote several books and articles. Frost served as the Vice-Chancellor for four-year State University of New York and then the Connecticut State University System president. There is a scholarship offered by the Connecticut State University System Foundation named after him. Provided by Wikipedia
