ESQ PostDoc Alessandro Trenti and ESQ Faculty member Philip Walther, colleagues and collaborators publish their latest findings in Nature Nanotechnology

Researchers from the University of Vienna and their collaborators from the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology, The University of Southern Denmark, and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology show that graphene–insulator–metal is a promising heterostructure for optically controlled and electrically tunable nano-optoelectronic components.
