Young Researcher Award for Anton Hohenwarter

Dr. Anton Hohenwarter was awarded the Young Researcher Award during the award ceremony of the Seventh International Conference on Nanomaterials by Severe Plastic Deformation (NanoSPD7) in Sydney, Australia. He was awarded with this prestigious award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to research in the field of severe plastic deformation.

The NanoSPD7 conference is an international event highlighting the potential of severe plastic deformation as a tool for producing bulk nanostructured and ultrafine grained materials. The conference provides a platform for the SPD community to present their new results and exchange research ideas. Besides invited talks of Prof. Reinhard Pippan and Dr. Anton Hohenwarter, oral contributions were also given by scientists and PhD students of the institute.
